I am very disappointed. I placed order in June and paid using bank transfer. It took me awhile for customer service to reply me indicating there was a shortage of payment.
I believe this was due to bank fees.
I proceeded to paid the remainder and have not heard from Delixir since.
I am very disappointed .. i have purchased 3 bracelet and 4 necklace and received none. No replies or follow up. I have been reaching out to them.
It has been 3 months since I placed order.
Please respond to me by this week 3 September, if not I will proceed to pull out the transaction of payment.
